Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for motivated Machine Operators and Assistant Operators to join leading manufacturing companies in the Chennai region. The position offers on‑the‑job training, a competitive salary package, and accommodation with meals provided.

Key responsibilities

• Operate assigned machinery safely and efficiently according to standard operating procedures.
• Assist senior operators with set‑up, change‑over, and troubleshooting tasks.
• Monitor production output and record relevant data on logs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the work area.
• Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

Required profile

• Any Diploma, ITI or Graduation qualification.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior experience.
• Willingness to undergo training and work in a shift environment.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
