About the role

The Location Manager will lead the sales operations for personal loans in the Khammam region. Reporting to the Cluster or Zonal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving business performance through effective team and channel management.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead, supervise and coach Sales Managers and Relationship Officers to meet monthly targets.
  • Develop and manage DSA (Direct Selling Agent) relationships to generate steady business inflow for Sales Managers.
  • Guide Relationship Officers in direct lead generation, ensuring compliance with KYC and credit guidelines.
  • Monitor risk, credit and operational compliance, maintaining portfolio quality and key performance metrics.
  • Gather market intelligence on competitors and product trends to inform strategy.
  • Oversee branch hygiene, documentation, MIS reporting and workforce planning.

Required profile

  • Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred) with 3–8 years of sales experience, preferably in personal loans or retail asset business.
  • Prior experience managing sales teams and DSA networks.
  • Strong understanding of financial products, credit processes and risk guidelines.
