Live-in Housekeeper & Villa Caretaker for Premium Airbnb Villas

About the role

We are seeking a reliable, proactive live‑in Housekeeper and Villa Caretaker to manage our premium Airbnb villas. The role requires a high standard of cleanliness, attentive guest service, and diligent property upkeep to ensure an exceptional stay for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of all rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, balconies and outdoor spaces.
• Prepare villas for each guest check‑in, including deep cleaning and linen turnover.
• Welcome guests, respond to basic requests, and address any concerns promptly.
• Conduct routine property inspections, report maintenance issues, and coordinate with electricians, plumbers, gardeners and other vendors.
• Manage laundry operations, maintain linen inventory and ensure fresh supplies for incoming guests.
• Track and replenish cleaning materials, toiletries, drinking water and other guest consumables.
• Maintain security of the property, monitor access and report any suspicious activity or emergencies.

Required profile

• Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel operations, guest‑house management or Airbnb property care.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Hindi.
• Honest, dependable, and willing to live on‑site.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
