About the role
Accor is seeking a Front Office Guest Service Agent to ensure clean, safe, and welcoming environments for guests. You will be responsible for maintaining high housekeeping standards, handling master keys, and delivering courteous service that enhances guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness in guest rooms, public areas, and executive offices.
- Manage and use departmental master keys to ensure safety and security of guests and property.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments to optimise productivity and morale.
- Interact with guests in a friendly, helpful manner, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support team members to deliver efficient and effective services.
- Report any matters affecting hotel interests to management.
Required profile
- Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality Management.
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a hotel front‑office or housekeeping role.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English.
- Ability to speak additional languages and basic understanding of local languages is an advantage.
