Line Producer – Partner & Original Productions

About the role

Asiaville, a leading Malayalam digital media platform, is seeking an experienced Line Producer to oversee the end‑to‑end execution of partner and original content projects. The role involves coordinating all aspects of production, from pre‑planning through final delivery, ensuring projects meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Break down scripts and creative briefs into detailed production requirements.
• Develop shooting schedules, daily call sheets, and comprehensive production plans.
• Coordinate locations, talent, crew, equipment, costumes, props, and logistics.
• Manage on‑set operations, working closely with the Director, DOP, and crew to keep shoots on schedule.
• Handle day‑to‑day logistics such as transportation, meals, and accommodation.
• Prepare and maintain production budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control.
• Negotiate vendor quotations, process purchases, and keep accurate financial records.
• Facilitate artist and crew availability, contracts, and on‑set coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience in line or production management for fast‑paced digital video projects.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to anticipating production challenges.
• Ability to work collaboratively across creative, production, and post‑production teams.
