Life Sciences Consultant – India

About the role

ClearView Healthcare Partners is seeking a Life Sciences Consultant to join its Gurgaon office. You will work in an entrepreneurial environment, collaborating with senior consultants and clients on strategic challenges across the biopharmaceutical, medical device, and diagnostic sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with clients and internal teams to address critical strategic questions in the biopharma space.
• Conduct complex problem‑solving using a hypothesis‑driven approach.
• Create templated outputs and deliverables for multiple projects.
• Lead straightforward workstreams with moderate oversight.
• Develop and apply analytic tools such as forecast models to support decision‑making.
• Communicate recommendations clearly to influence client strategy and maximize value.

Required profile

• Ability to independently manage activities across multiple workstreams and provide thought partnership on ambiguous projects.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.
• Willingness to mentor junior team members.
• Enthusiasm for a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Highly analytical with a structured approach to solving complex problems.
