Legal Tax Analyst (Remote, Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Legal Tax Analyst to work remotely on a contract basis. You will support our team by reviewing and interpreting U.S. tax statutes and regulations, ensuring precise legal language for AI model training and analytical projects.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyze U.S. tax statutes, regulations, and related legal documents for accuracy and clarity.
• Interpret complex sections of the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
• Provide detailed feedback on legal language nuances, focusing on statutory exceptions and technical accuracy.
• Summarize key provisions of U.S. tax law for analytical and training purposes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate tax law insights into AI model improvements.
• Stay current with legislative changes and developments in U.S. taxation.

Required profile

• Proficiency with the Internal Revenue Code (IRC) and Treasury Regulations.
• Exceptional statutory interpretation and legal analysis abilities.
• Professional credential such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or Enrolled Agent (EA) strongly preferred.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, or analyzing legal or tax‑related documentation.
