Senior Advisory Consultant – Legal Administration Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Advisory Consultant to join our Legal Administration Services team. The role supports client engagements by managing digital content, coordinating communications, and assisting with project planning and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage digital content and communications across websites, online claim forms and other channels.
• Maintain consistent communication with vendors, clients and internal teams.
• Support project planning by gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Assist in developing new or updating existing digital content.
• Participate in engagements, provide oversight and ensure timely self‑review of deliverables.
• Complete tasks within budget and schedule while adhering to quality and confidentiality standards.
• Document procedures, findings and client correspondence.
• Follow firm policies, time‑entry guidelines and employee handbook requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in advisory or consulting roles, preferably within legal administration.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, clients and team members.
• Professionalism, integrity and a commitment to quality control.
• Willingness to supervise staff or interns as needed.
