Legal Executive – Debt Settlement (Agra)

About the role

We are seeking a disciplined Legal Executive to join our Agra office and support debt‑settlement operations for XeroDebt’s clients. The role involves providing legal advice, drafting settlement documents, and negotiating with creditors while ensuring full compliance with Indian financial regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Offer legal counsel to internal teams and clients on debt‑settlement and financial dispute matters.
• Draft, review and vet legal notices, settlement agreements and related documents for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate directly with banks, NBFCs and other creditors to secure favourable settlement terms.
• Manage dispute resolution processes, including litigation support and creditor‑client conflict handling.
• Ensure all activities adhere to RBI guidelines, Indian financial laws and ethical standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from a recognized university; enrollment with the Bar Council is mandatory.
• Residency in Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
• Strong discipline regarding punctuality, attendance and professional work ethics.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.

Required skills

• Legal drafting of notices, agreements and compliance documents.
