Legal Counsel

About the role

Our client, a global investment firm, is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its commercial contracting activities. The role will involve close collaboration with business, compliance and operations teams to mitigate legal and regulatory risks.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate investment management and commercial agreements.
• Identify, assess and manage legal, regulatory and contractual risks.
• Maintain and update legal template libraries to reflect current regulations.
• Provide advice to business, compliance and operations on contract‑related matters.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks applicable to investment management.
• Ability to work independently and support cross‑functional teams.
