About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to provide effective legal support across our operating companies, segments, and the broader group. The role involves delivering strategic advice, managing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal counsel and support for operational, segment, and group matters.
• Conduct training sessions on legal topics for internal stakeholders.
• Lead negotiations, manage litigation, and perform legal reviews.
• Create and maintain legal housekeeping processes.
• Oversee the selection and management of outside counsel.

Required profile

• Juris Doctor degree or local equivalent.
• Admission to the relevant local bar or a paralegal certification.
