Leadership Development Associate

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Resource to support the design and delivery of leadership development journeys for employees at the AD, M, and SA levels. The role combines operational, analytical, and communication tasks to ensure smooth execution and high engagement across all programs.

Key responsibilities

• Create and manage quarterly L&D branding and communications plans aligned with learning priorities.
• Support high‑impact L&D initiatives such as kiosks, live demos, learning showcases, and on‑ground events.
• Maintain and update content for microsites, emailers, presentations, and internal announcements.
• Assist day‑to‑day operations of leadership development journeys, including scheduling, logistics, and participant communication.
• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, self‑paced learning, action‑learning projects, and immersion sessions.
• Collect, analyse, and report participant data, program effectiveness, and performance metrics.
• Draft and send program‑related communications, manage internal campaigns, and act as the primary point of contact for participant queries.
• Follow up with participants to ensure engagement, resolve issues quickly, and improve completion rates.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in leadership development or related L&D programs.
• Strong analytical and reporting abilities with proficiency in Excel or similar tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and build effective relationships.
• Highly organized with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset and ability to work independently.
• Prior experience supporting talent management or learning and development programs is preferred.
