Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

AiSensy is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end‑to‑end hiring across business, sales, marketing, product, tech, growth, operations, finance, HR, and leadership functions. You will partner closely with founders and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and drive a high‑impact recruitment strategy for a fast‑growing startup.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for mid‑level to senior roles across multiple functions.
• Develop hiring briefs, candidate personas, target company lists, and sourcing strategies.
• Proactively headhunt passive candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Instahyre, IIMJobs, Hirist, Cutshort, Wellfound, referrals, and community networks.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Screen candidates for role fit, experience, communication, cultural alignment, and long‑term potential.
• Pitch AiSensy’s vision, culture, and growth opportunities to high‑quality candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, negotiate offers, and ensure smooth onboarding.
• Track hiring metrics, improve candidate experience, and provide weekly updates to leadership.
• Support employer branding initiatives through outreach messaging and hiring campaigns.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search.
• Proven track record of headhunting and closing mid‑level and senior roles.
• Experience hiring for startups, SaaS, product, or fast‑growing tech companies.
• Exposure to hiring across sales, marketing, product, engineering, growth, customer success, finance, operations, and HR.
