About the role
The Lead, Marketing & Communication will own the corporate branding, internal and external communication strategy for Adani Hospitality Division. This senior position ensures consistent brand representation across all touchpoints and supports leadership with clear, impactful messaging.
Key responsibilities
- Define, develop and maintain the corporate brand identity for the hospitality division, creating templates, messaging architecture and communication standards.
- Drive internal communication across AHD, AOC teams, airports and operators, aligning updates, strategy notes, leadership messages and project milestones.
- Develop and manage external communications, including press notes, investor/partner updates, stakeholder briefings and corporate hospitality news, in coordination with the Group Communications team.
- Monitor media and industry intelligence for hospitality, tourism, aviation‑linked hospitality and mixed‑use hotel investment, preparing periodic reports and flagging reputational risks.
- Support portfolio‑level communication for brand evaluations, operator negotiations, asset takeovers, PIP updates and cross‑functional stakeholder briefings.
- Draft, edit and refine strategy documents, board decks, division presentations, asset performance reports and departmental updates.
- Liaise with operator brand teams to ensure accurate co‑branded materials, joint press releases and launch announcements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Brand Management, Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferred certifications in Digital Marketing (Google, Meta), Branding or Content Strategy.
- Experience in hospitality marketing or luxury brand environments is an advantage.
