About the role
Join Amazon Business, a $35 billion global B2B operation, as a Marketing Manager focused on onsite events. You will design, execute, and optimise cross‑channel campaigns that drive customer engagement during high‑impact moments such as Prime Day and other key buying periods.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver cross‑channel campaigns for Enterprise and SMB customers during major onsite events.
- Run A/B tests to improve campaign performance and report results.
- Track KPIs, measure success against goals, and suggest data‑driven improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, and Tech teams across regions to ensure alignment and seamless execution.
- Create clear documentation for initiative performance and status reporting.
- Support the creation of internal and customer‑facing marketing content.
- Identify and recommend process and reporting enhancements.
Required profile
- 2+ years of professional, non‑internship marketing experience.
- Proficiency with Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
- Experience in a marketing role using analytic tools.
- Bachelor’s degree.
