Associate Brand Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to join our team in Mumbai (or Ahmedabad). This role blends branding, content creation, influencer collaborations and e‑commerce execution, focusing on beauty and personal‑care products.

Key responsibilities

• Work on new product development, including innovation, launch strategies and packaging for perfumes, makeup and personal‑care appliances.
• Drive content creation and follower growth on Instagram and emerging platforms by producing reels, trend‑led content, creator formats, memes and community‑first storytelling.
• Assist in content planning, shoot coordination and campaign execution, analysing performance metrics such as hook rate, retention, relatability and shareability.
• Ideate campaigns, launch concepts and social‑first content ideas.
• Create creatives, presentations, social posts and reels, requiring a solid understanding of design, video editing and creative direction.
• Manage product listings across website and e‑commerce platforms, coordinating PDPs, product copy, banners and other creatives.
• Handle macro creators, UGC creators and community collaborations, overseeing influencer briefs, timelines and content approvals.
• Support online reputation management and help build a strong online community around the brand.

Required profile

• Extremely online and culturally aware.
• Passionate about beauty, fashion, lifestyle and Gen Z trends.
• Creative‑first with strong aesthetic judgment.
• Comfortable multitasking across content, shoots, creators and campaigns.
• Understanding of both branding and performance marketing.
• Strategic thinker who can execute quickly and wants to be a change‑maker in women’s beauty.

Required skills

• Basic design skills (PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, Figma).
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, VN, Final Cut).
• Understanding of Instagram, short‑form video trends and social storytelling.
• Strong visual taste and reference sense.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
