Landscape Architect – Luxury Projects

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Landscape Architect with a strong portfolio of luxury and high‑end projects. The role involves leading design from concept through detailed documentation across residential, commercial, villa and healthcare developments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead conceptualisation and detailed design of landscape projects for luxury residential, villas, commercial and healthcare sectors.
• Develop master plans, planting schemes, hard‑scape layouts and comprehensive construction documentation.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, MEP consultants and project managers to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Prepare and deliver design presentations, coordinate with clients and maintain design intent throughout execution.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers, providing technical and creative guidance.
• Oversee material selection, cost estimation and ensure compliance with sustainability standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and site teams to monitor progress and guarantee high‑quality landscape implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture or Landscape Design (Master’s preferred).
• 7–13 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio of luxury and high‑end projects.
• Proven experience in residential, commercial, villa and healthcare projects.
• Experience working on major projects such as 5‑star hotels, hospitals, clubs, malls or luxury residences.
• Experience with international clients or reputable design firms is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Proficiency in Lumion.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of Revit (preferred).
