Graphics Coordinator – Marketing Team

About the role

The Graphics Coordinator will join Lincoln International’s global Marketing team, supporting the creation and maintenance of the firm’s branded visual assets. Working in a hybrid environment, the role ensures that templates for presentations, social media, deal graphics, bio slides, headshots and other materials are organized, up‑to‑date and compliant with brand guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and curate the central graphics library, including templates for presentations, social media posts, deal graphics and internal branding assets.
• Collaborate with Brand, Content and Digital teams to ensure consistency and accessibility of all visual assets.
• Update and version control assets, incorporating feedback from stakeholders across the firm.
• Support the rollout of new design templates and assist colleagues in applying them correctly.
• Ensure all graphics adhere to Lincoln International’s branding standards.
