Labour Contractor – On‑site Industrial Projects

About the role

AAYAT Integrated Solutions is seeking an experienced Labour Contractor to lead on‑site labour teams for its industrial projects in Mengio. You will ensure that workforce activities align with project schedules, quality standards and safety requirements while supporting the company’s packaging and waste‑management operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and allocate manpower across multiple project sites.
• Supervise daily tasks performed by labour crews, ensuring compliance with safety and quality protocols.
• Monitor productivity, track progress and report status to senior management.
• Identify and resolve on‑site issues that may affect timelines or safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation of labour deployment, attendance and performance.
• Collaborate with project planners to align workforce availability with project schedules.

Required profile

• Proven experience in labour management and team supervision within industrial or logistics environments.
• Familiarity with project coordination, scheduling and productivity tracking.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control measures.
• Excellent communication, organisational and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic, on‑site conditions and meet strict deadlines.
