Experienced Welder – Ghaziabad

About the role

Indtech Capacitors Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced welder to support fabrication, structural assembly, and plant maintenance activities at its Ghaziabad facility. The role involves working directly on plant structures, machine installations, and repairs, ensuring high‑quality welding and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform welding and fabrication according to engineering drawings.
• Execute ARC, MIG, and TIG welding as required.
• Fabricate frames, supports, guards, platforms, and machine components.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and layouts.
• Carry out cutting, grinding, shaping, and fitting of metal parts.
• Support machine erection, installation, and modification work.
• Ensure strong weld joints with proper finishing and alignment.
• Repair and restore damaged or worn‑out machine structures.
• Follow all safety standards and welding procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance and production teams for fabrication needs.

Required profile

• ITI Welder/Fabrication qualification.
• 3–7 years of hands‑on welding and fabrication experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and measurements.
• Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred.
• Physically fit for industrial work and strong safety discipline.
• Team‑oriented mindset.
