Labour Compliance Manager – Hyderabad

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented Labour Compliance Manager to lead end‑to‑end compliance with Indian labour laws across multiple locations and vendor operations in an IT services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure statutory adherence by reviewing filings, registers, notices and documentation for all sites.
• Lead implementation of new labour codes (Wages, Social Security, Industrial Relations, OSH) and align policies, vendor contracts and internal processes.
• Drive compliance governance for third‑party vendors and contractors, including document verification and audit readiness.
• Conduct labour audits, identify gaps, and oversee timely closure of non‑compliance observations.
• Collaborate with HR, Legal, Finance, Admin and Delivery teams to maintain robust compliance reporting.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Law or Business Administration with HR specialization.
• 10–12 years of hands‑on labour compliance experience, preferably in IT services/BPM.
• Strong knowledge of CLRA, Shops & Establishment, Minimum Wages, Payment of Wages, Bonus, Gratuity, PF, ESIC and Contract Labour regulations.
• Proven experience managing compliance for multiple locations and third‑party workforces.

Required skills

• Expertise in Indian labour statutes and statutory requirements.
• Vendor/contractor compliance management and document verification.
• Audit execution, gap analysis and corrective action planning.
• Stakeholder management across HR, Legal, Finance and Operations.
• Proficiency with HRMS/HCM systems, Excel and compliance tracking tools.
