About the role
We are seeking qualified Lab and Radiology Technicians (MLT/DMLT) to join our diagnostic team. The role involves handling patient samples, performing a range of laboratory tests, and ensuring high-quality results in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Collect and accurately label biological samples for testing.
- Perform laboratory and radiology tests according to standard protocols.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to guarantee reliable results.
- Record test data meticulously and analyse results for patient diagnostics.
- Implement quality‑control procedures and adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines.
Required profile
- Degree in M.D.S., M.Pharma, M.Sc, M.Tech or MVSC.
- Strong attention to detail and precise measurement skills.
- Excellent analytical ability to interpret test data.
- Good communication skills for interaction with healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Laboratory testing using standard protocols.
- Equipment maintenance and calibration.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and report generation.
