About the role
The L2 Administrator will support the service desk by triaging priority incidents, handling software, hardware and network service requests, and ensuring SLA compliance. This role is focused on documenting incidents, executing change requests and escalating issues when necessary.
Key responsibilities
- Perform initial triage and documentation of priority incident tickets (P3) and follow defined SLA and escalation procedures.
- Track and assist in the resolution of software, hardware and network service requests, ensuring accurate logging and timely completion.
- Monitor SLA timelines throughout the lifecycle of priority incidents and raise alerts for potential breaches.
- Assist in creating and executing change requests related to resolved incidents.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of experience in an IT service desk or similar support role.
- Strong ability to follow documented processes and maintain accurate records.
- Proactive attitude towards SLA monitoring and escalation.
