About the role
The Key Accounts Manager – QSR & PP will lead sales strategy for national quick‑service restaurants (QSR) and protein processors, aligning solutions with customer needs and driving innovative, value‑focused offerings.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue growth and sales targets.
- Own and nurture key customer relationships within the QSR and protein processing segments.
- Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions.
- Act as the primary contact for top‑tier accounts, ensuring long‑term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to shape sales strategies.
- Provide input on pricing, product positioning, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, manage budgets, and oversee contract negotiations.
- Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and performance reports.
Required profile
- Proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the QSR or food‑processing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to develop forecasts and drive performance against targets.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, R&D, culinary, and supply‑chain teams.
