Key Account Manager – Senior Advertising Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Advertising Sales Manager to lead key accounts in the FMCG, Consumer Internet and Gaming verticals for Paytm Ads. The role involves driving ad revenue, building relationships with senior brand stakeholders and shaping customized advertising solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions and tailor recommendations for clients of all sizes.
• Own end‑to‑end business metrics such as ad revenue and lead strategic conversations with CXOs, media heads and brand managers.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of media briefs, delivering customized pitches aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with campaign delivery and optimization teams to ensure expected results for advertisers.
• Lead cross‑functional initiatives to develop innovative advertising solutions for key advertisers.
• Provide continuous feedback to product teams to improve advertising performance and customer experience.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant experience in advertising sales or related business verticals.
• Proven experience managing programs, categories or business verticals.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work cross‑functionally with diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical and presentation skills with a capability to deep‑dive into problems.
• Comfortable thriving in ambiguous settings, balancing tight deadlines and project schedules.
