About the role
Leap GeeBee Education is seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to lead and grow its B2B overseas‑education partner network. You will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships, onboarding new partners, and driving revenue through increased wallet share.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and deepen relationships with current B2B partners.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to increase wallet share with existing partners.
- Onboard new B2B partners, providing training and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve partner issues promptly.
- Develop and execute strategies to boost partner engagement and satisfaction.
- Analyse partner performance metrics and implement improvement actions.
- Travel extensively within the assigned territory to meet partners.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Deep understanding of the overseas education market and industry trends.
