About the role
The Key Account Manager will lead partnership development across multiple sectors, including BFSI, dairy, state government agencies, agritech, parking, and toll plazas. You will be responsible for identifying new alliance opportunities, onboarding partners, and driving revenue growth while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure new partner alliances across targeted verticals.
- Onboard partners and nurture accounts to achieve business targets.
- Drive key performance indicators (KPIs) and revenue goals.
- Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
- Coordinate with operations and product teams to deliver solutions.
- Design go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies and execute them with field teams.
Required profile
- Proven ability to hunt and acquire new partners.
- Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of relevant regulations and industry dynamics.
- Go‑getter attitude with a focus on revenue generation.
- Industry knowledge in BFSI, dairy, government services, agritech, or related sectors.
