Junior Software Developer (Level 1)

About the role

We are looking for a Level‑1 Software Developer to design, develop, test and maintain applications that will be deployed at client sites. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality code, performing root‑cause analysis and ensuring smooth communication with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
• Develop, code, and debug software modules following the software development life‑cycle.
• Create and execute test cases, automate validation processes and ensure error‑free releases.
• Document designs, flowcharts, code comments and project status reports.
• Collaborate with functional teams, project managers and engineering staff to align on specifications and performance requirements.
• Provide regular status updates, capture client feedback and support issue tracking.

Required profile

• Understanding of software development principles and SDLC.
• Ability to perform root‑cause analysis and propose improvements.
• Strong written communication for documentation and client interaction.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance.
