IT Desktop Support (12‑Month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

We are looking for an IT Desktop Support professional to join our Mumbai office on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will provide first‑line technical assistance to Houlihan Lokey colleagues across India and remotely, ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software and network services.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver on‑site and remote support for hardware, software and account administration issues.
• Configure, install and maintain Windows workstations, peripherals, printers, copiers and mobile devices (iOS, Android, Windows).
• Support audio‑visual equipment and manage local hardware inventory.
• Assist users with connectivity problems related to Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and Netskope VPN.
• Perform basic Windows Active Directory tasks such as password resets, group management and computer naming.
• Provide hands‑on assistance for user moves, office relocations and occasional travel to remote sites.
• Participate in IT team meetings and communicate relevant issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software and network incidents.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams.

Required skills

• Windows operating system administration.
• Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Exchange (O365) and MS Teams.
• VPN technologies, specifically Netskope.
• Adobe product suite.
• Windows Active Directory user and group management.
• Experience with iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices.
• Installation and support of AV equipment and various hardware peripherals.
