About the role

Welspun is seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10‑15 years of experience to lead end‑to‑end analytics and application development projects in a client‑facing environment based in Mumbai. The role focuses on delivering projects on time, maintaining high quality, and driving customer success and Net Promoter Score improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver analytics and application development projects while adhering to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Monitor and improve Net Promoter Scores by addressing client feedback and implementing enhancement initiatives.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal teams through proactive communication.
• Leverage AI tools and digital productivity platforms to increase delivery efficiency and support data‑driven decision making.
• Translate complex project outcomes into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile
