Institutional Dealer (Cash)

About the role

The Institutional Dealer (Cash) will act as the primary point of contact for institutional clients, driving new business and maintaining strong relationships. This role combines client acquisition, trade execution, and market analysis to support the growth of the cash trading desk.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential leads, convert them into institutional clients, and expand the client base.
• Service existing clients by providing required information, coordinating with the back‑office, taking orders, ensuring proper execution, and sending trade confirmations.
• Gather continuous client feedback to improve service quality and support business growth.
• Deliver market analysis and research insights to clients.
• Coordinate with the custodian and back‑office to ensure cash market trades are cleared accurately.
• Identify opportunities and develop strategies within the derivatives segment.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of cash and derivatives markets.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with back‑office and custodial teams.
• Proactive attitude toward identifying business opportunities.
