Finance Lead – Financial Controller

About the role

ZingHR is seeking a Finance Lead to partner with senior leadership and drive financial planning, business performance, strategic decision‑making and scalable growth for its SaaS/HR‑Tech platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide FP&A insights and commercial finance analysis to guide business decisions.
• Partner with business units to improve performance and drive profitability.
• Support leadership with data‑driven strategic planning and decision‑making.

Required profile

• 9–15 years of relevant finance experience.
• CA qualification preferred.
• Background in SaaS, HR‑Tech or technology companies.
• Proven track record in business finance, FP&A and commercial finance.
