About the role
The Inside Sales Manager will lead a team of 12‑16 Inside Sales Representatives and Account Managers within Lenovo’s Direct Business. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through outbound prospecting, managing the full sales cycle, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue targets for the assigned account portfolio.
- Lead the team to maintain 100% coverage of assigned accounts via calls, emails and web outreach.
- Own the end‑to‑end sales process from lead generation to order fulfillment, using MS Dynamics for daily CRM management.
- Support team members in closing large‑value deals, including virtual or face‑to‑face customer meetings.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive pipeline creation, forecast accuracy and deal velocity.
- Monitor and improve KPIs such as pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and team productivity.
Required profile
- 7–8 years of B2B inside sales experience with a proven track record of meeting targets.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong command of English, both written and verbal.
- High interpersonal skills and ability to lead a diverse team.
Required skills
- MS Dynamics (CRM) – daily usage for pipeline and account management.
