Income Auditor

About the role

The Income Auditor will support Accor’s hotels by ensuring that all revenue is accurately recorded and reported. This role combines analytical review of financial documents with close collaboration across hotel departments to safeguard revenue integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with all hotel departments to gather and verify revenue‑related documents such as guest checks, folios, receipts, and vouchers.
• Check revenue documents against revenue sheets and ensure all rebates, allowances, and adjustments are properly authorized.
• Reconcile guest ledger balances with the general ledger and prepare exception reports for any discrepancies.
• Conduct full income audits, consolidate reports from all operational areas, and present findings to management.
• Verify soft‑count deposits and audit control documents regularly.
• Assist in identifying cost‑effective resource use and educate team members on best financial practices.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in income auditing or a similar financial role, preferably within hospitality.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Good organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of accounting principles and auditing procedures.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial software applications.
