About the role
As a Guest Service Associate in Housekeeping, you will be at the heart of the hotel, ensuring each guest enjoys a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay. You will take ownership of assigned rooms and contribute to the overall guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Clean all assigned guestrooms to Accor’s standards.
- Add personalized touches to enhance the guest experience.
- Respect guests’ privacy and safeguard their belongings.
- Deliver exceptional service with attention to detail.
Required profile
- Warm and caring personality.
- Previous housekeeping experience is an asset.
- Ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs professionally.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
