Human Resources Executive

About the role

The Human Resources Executive will support Marriott International’s Jaipur team by handling employee relations, recruitment compliance, and day‑to‑day HR operations. This full‑time position works closely with management to ensure a positive workplace environment and adherence to company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and track employee relations issues, providing resolution and follow‑up.
• Assist management and leadership in handling HR matters and employee concerns.
• Ensure hiring and recruitment processes comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
• Support logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide clear, professional communication.
• Assist in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating staff.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies; report accidents or unsafe conditions.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and uphold guest‑welcome standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related HR work experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to lift objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette.
