Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will act as a strategic HR advisor to the Content business, supporting creative, production and programming teams. The role focuses on talent management, organization design, employee engagement and HR interventions that enable business outcomes in a fast‑moving content ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Content leadership to design and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Provide guidance on organization structure, workforce planning and leadership effectiveness.
• Drive talent review, succession planning and high‑potential development for content teams.
• Collaborate with L&D to address capability gaps and create development interventions.
• Own performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews and calibration.
• Design and implement employee engagement initiatives tailored to creative and production environments.
• Monitor pulse surveys, attrition trends and lead action planning with business leaders.
• Ensure seamless HR operations – onboarding, confirmations, exits and policy compliance.
• Maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Lead workforce planning aligned with content pipelines and production cycles.
• Track HR metrics and provide data‑driven insights to leadership.
• Support Talent Acquisition in hiring niche creative talent and ensure quick turnaround for high‑priority launches.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or strategic HR advisor within media, content, or similarly fast‑paced industries.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Expertise in talent management, succession planning and performance management.
• Solid understanding of employee engagement, culture building and change management.
• Experience in workforce planning, HR analytics and compliance.
• Ability to partner with Talent Acquisition to source niche creative talent.
