About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as the primary HR liaison for the business, driving employee experience and aligning HR initiatives with strategic objectives. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, supports performance management, and champions learning and development while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the single point of contact for employee HR queries, grievances, and concerns.
  • Manage onboarding, integration, and off‑boarding processes to reflect company culture and values.
  • Oversee contractual workforce lifecycle, including gig and consultant agreements.
  • Facilitate goal‑setting, appraisal cycles, and feedback mechanisms; conduct alignment workshops and ensure timely completion of performance management steps.
  • Coordinate functional and local training programs, driving participation and capability‑building initiatives.
  • Promote adoption of HR systems, policies, and benefit programs across the organization.
  • Handle employee grievances, ensuring fair, timely resolution and open communication.
  • Ensure compliance with local and central labor laws, mandatory training coverage, and regulatory requirements.
  • Roll out recognition programs and support initiatives that reinforce organizational values and culture.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in an HR business partner or generalist role.
  • Strong understanding of HR partnering, organizational dynamics, and employee lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.
