Event & Program Management Consultant (SheXO)

About the role

Deloitte’s SheXO program is looking for an Event & Program Management Consultant to drive women’s advancement in leadership across India. You will design, deliver and measure innovative programs that empower current and aspiring women leaders, leveraging Deloitte’s resources and curated content.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver innovative programs that support women leaders' professional development.
• Strategize and execute impactful marketing and eminence campaigns.
• Research, curate and produce high‑quality content relevant to the program.
• Implement global and regional initiatives aligned with SheXO objectives.
• Project‑manage program workstreams, ensuring on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Drive program advocacy through collaboration with internal leaders and women CXOs.
• Manage the LeaderForge app, updating content and onboarding new clients.
• Measure and report program success against defined KPIs.
• Maintain an accurate database of women client information.

Required profile

• Dynamic, driven individual passionate about promoting women in leadership.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event and program management (6 years of program management experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and campaign execution is a plus.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Familiarity with Deloitte’s way of working and service offerings.
