HR Services Coordinator

About the role

Vertiv is seeking an HR Services Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks within its Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, performing analysis, processing updates, and delivering regular reports to support HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and update employee data in the HR information system, ensuring accuracy and timely availability.
• Execute group data updates, imports, exports, clean‑ups, and investigate data discrepancies.
• Create and maintain key HR data sets, reports, and metrics, supporting quality audits and corrective actions.
• Utilize analytical tools to develop enterprise‑wide people data insights and generate routine daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Collaborate with HR service areas (learning, recruitment, talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations) to promote data governance.
• Respond to basic and intermediate ad‑hoc data requests, preparing charts, graphs, and statistical summaries.
• Provide first‑level guidance and training to junior team members and assist with administrative support.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem‑solving skills for non‑routine issues.
• Good understanding of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
