HR Operations Executive

About the role

The HR Operations Executive will ensure seamless execution of end‑to‑end HR operations and employee lifecycle processes for a leading fashion and retail company. This role supports a fast‑paced retail environment by delivering accurate, compliant, and employee‑centric HR services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, including joining, confirmation, transfer, and separation processes.
• Coordinate structured onboarding aligned with brand values and ensure day‑one readiness with Admin/IT.
• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems, ensure data integrity, and prepare periodic HR MIS reports.
• Act as the single point of contact with Quess Corp for payroll operations, validate payroll inputs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely processing.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, festive celebrations, town‑halls, and act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
• Partner with business teams and HR COEs to address queries, implement policies, and represent HR as a people‑first function.
• Identify process gaps, suggest improvements, and contribute to continuous HR excellence.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations or as an HR Generalist.
• Experience coordinating with a third‑party payroll vendor (Quess Corp).
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle processes and HR policy implementation.

Required skills

• HRIS (Human Resources Information System) usage.
