HR Officer – People and Culture

About the role

The HR Officer – People and Culture will support Guidehouse in building a thriving employee experience. You will design engagement measurement tools, drive well‑being initiatives and help communicate across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and implement surveys and other methods to measure employee engagement.
• Assess the impact of people practices and policies on the employee experience.
• Develop proactive well‑being programmes that address physical and mental health.
• Design and maintain engagement and diversity dashboards.
• Monitor social‑media trends on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook to inform engagement strategies.
• Lead organisation‑wide employee engagement initiatives and support internal communication channels.
• Work flexible shifts, including night shifts, as required.

Required profile

• Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management (MBA with HR specialization) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Strong interpersonal and creative communication abilities.
• Inclusive mindset and willingness to continuously learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
