About the role

Amazon is looking for an Associate Recruiter to support its Operations vertical in India. You will be part of a fast‑paced, high‑volume recruiting team that shapes the talent pipeline for Amazon’s growing business.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand short‑term and long‑term hiring needs for Operations roles.
• Design and execute candidate generation and sourcing strategies for both volume hiring and niche positions.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate hiring metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the broader recruiting organization to share best practices and improve processes.

Required profile

• Ability to shift gears quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Experience in high‑volume or operations recruiting is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
