HR Generalist

About the role

As an HR Generalist at Honeywell, you will provide comprehensive HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and policy administration. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to design and implement HR programs that align with business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Drive organization development initiatives, aligning processes, systems, and culture with business priorities.
• Manage talent development, onboarding, and retention programs, including orientation and manager assimilation.
• Provide coaching and counseling to employees and leaders on performance reviews, improvement plans, and talent identification.
• Report, track, and analyze HR data, ensuring integrity of job and compensation information.
• Consult on compensation practices, conduct annual revisions, and benchmark offers and promotions.
• Support staffing delivery, assist managers with talent selection, and follow staffing COE processes.
• Communicate benefits policies, intervene as a specialist when required, and manage employee rewards programs.
• Develop and deliver business communications related to HR policies and initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in staffing, organizational interventions, compensation & benefits, OD, employee relations, training, and statutory compliance.
• Track record of initiating people strategies that support business growth and change.
• Strong capability to manage dynamic, matrixed stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Result‑oriented with high productivity and a strong desire for success.
