About the role
Join Amazon's HR Contact Center team supporting employees across EMEA. As a bilingual associate you will be the first point of contact for HR‑related queries in French and English, helping staff navigate benefits, payroll, onboarding, and other lifecycle events.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to employee and manager inquiries via phone, chat, email, and case management tools.
- Resolve HR questions using FAQs, SOPs, and documentation; escalate when necessary.
- Identify gaps in processes or documentation and suggest improvements.
- Maintain high customer‑focus standards and document interactions accurately.
- Work rotational 24/7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken French (B2/C1) and English.
- Strong computer literacy with Windows, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
- Experience in administration, customer service, call‑center or HR environments.
- Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast‑paced, multicultural team.
