About the role

Join Marriott International as a Housekeeping Associate at our Pune property. You will ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑maintained, and ready for guests, delivering the high standards of hospitality Marriott is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest and department requests.
• Transport supply carts, stock rooms, and replace amenities, linens, and towels.
• Make beds, fold terry, clean bathrooms, and remove trash and used linens.
• Inspect rooms for missing or malfunctioning appliances and report any issues.
• Dust, polish, vacuum carpets, and perform floor‑care duties in rooms and hallways.
• Follow all safety, security, and company policies, including proper handling of flammable materials.
• Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance.

Required profile

• No high school diploma or GED required.
• No prior housekeeping experience necessary.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 25 lb unassisted and heavier items with assistance.
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
• Clear, professional communication skills.
