About the role
The Guest Environment Expert ensures that every area of the hotel is clean, safe, and welcoming, creating memorable experiences for guests. This full‑time position involves a hands‑on approach to housekeeping, from rooms to public spaces, while upholding Marriott’s high standards of service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver guest requests promptly and efficiently.
- Stock housekeeping carts and maintain cleanliness of rooms and public areas.
- Follow company policies, safety procedures and confidentiality standards.
Required profile
- Physically able to stand, walk and lift objects up to 50 lb without assistance.
- Professional appearance, uniform compliance and strong communication skills.
