Healthcare Specialist – Patient Support & Clinical Assistance

About the role

The Healthcare Specialist role is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Noida. You will provide direct patient support, assist with clinical assessments, and contribute to routine medical procedures under appropriate supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate patient intake and documentation.
• Support treatment plans and monitor patient status to ensure timely care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and educate patients and families about care protocols.
• Participate in ongoing training and quality‑improvement initiatives while adhering to clinical guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• EMT and healthcare skills relevant to patient care and clinical support.
• Medicine knowledge and training capabilities to assist in procedures and patient education.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Organizational, documentation, and basic computer skills for managing patient records and reporting.
• Relevant certification or diploma in healthcare, EMT, nursing, or allied health (preferred).
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting (advantage).
• Ability to work in fast‑paced environments, follow protocols, and maintain confidentiality.
