Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the finance function of a leading organization in Gurgaon. The role involves overseeing all financial activities and driving strategic business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end finance operations, including planning, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, taxation, and corporate governance.
• Oversee treasury activities, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and maintain MIS dashboards for senior leadership.
• Lead financial controllership and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with business units to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in finance and accounts leadership roles.
• Prior experience in the footwear industry or owner‑driven manufacturing is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic decision‑making abilities.
