Head Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned finance professional to lead our accounting, taxation, payroll, and compliance functions across multiple business units. The Head Accountant will ensure accurate financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Manage tax compliance, handle tax notices, and coordinate tax audits.
• Lead annual statutory audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Supervise payroll processing, expatriate payroll, and related statutory deductions.
• Monitor supplier, contractor, and customer balances and ensure proper cash controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow planning, and financial analysis.

Required profile

• Proven experience in accounting, finance, and statutory compliance within a multi‑entity environment.
• Ability to independently handle complex financial matters and supervise finance teams.
• Strong knowledge of local tax laws, audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
